Is your product within warranty?
To see if your product is still under warranty, check the date on your invoice for the product. Determine the age of the invoice by comparing the current week and year to the one on the product’s invoice. Then check the length of the warranty period in the chart linked above to acertain if the product is still covered under warranty.
For products within Warranty:
Once you have determined that the product is within warranty, collect the following information:

Invoice number and date
